How do you be more fit with out going to a gym

Hi im going to be joining a lot of sports this year like soccer volleyball softball and maybe baskitball. And i want to be really good. So im a 14 year old girl going to be in highschool so i need ways to get better!

  1. To gain endurance and to get in shape you can always go running. You don't need a treadmill go outside. If you want to be able to jump higher (a skill you will need in both basketball and volleyball) try doing calf lifts. What you do is you stand up and go on the tips of your toes. This lifts your calfs and helps build muscle. You can do this any time. Good luck with the new sports!!


  2. an excellent exercise that is very helpful for all those sports are any plyometric drills. these are more strengthening drills that improve your muscle reaction and the quickness of your muscles.  just look up plyometrics drills on youtube and you'll get more then a hand full.  also agilities. search those too. these are great and will help you a ton! i do a ton of sports too, i've been doing plyometrics, running, and agilities for about a month and i'm already improving in speed and quickness! it's incredible! i hope these help!
