  1. Hi,

I do yoga. Another thing that might be helpful are some breathing exercises - that you'd get from a yoga (or martial arts) teacher.

  2. Time management might help.  Try to organize your life and set short term goals, easier to deal with than long term goals makes you feel like your getting somewhere, accomplishing something.

    Make a schedule.

    Eat healthy.

    Exercise.

Get a good nights sleep.  This might be impossible, but get a sound sleep.

  3. In those moments when your brain is going to explode and your on the edge of tolerance, count your teeth with your tongue, start on the back molar and touch each tooth. Seems to help slow things down for a moment of sanity.  A councellor actually informed me of this.

Take mental health days, seriously, you have to take care of you, don't let life take every ounce of your vitality away. Take some time and space back for yourself.  Don't quit or fall behind, just  say, that's it, today is for me. get stuff done, have a nap, just have a re-group.

  4. For stress/nervousness I would suggest you try Valerian. It is a natural herbal remedy which you can buy over the counter at a herbalist shop.

For difficult people - google a short piece called Desiderata. It should help you a lot with people issues. Try to step back and take some time out to recharge your batteries at least every 4 hours in a day. You only need 5 minutes. Close eyes and focus on complete switching off. This should keep you going until the day is done and you can recharge some more. Take care, best wishes. UK
