When it comes right down to it, there really isn't a way to beat a urine test for THC by eating something, or whatever.  There is no folk remedy that will flush it out of your system.  The only way to beat it is to not do the marijuana.  Despite what others might tell you, there is no way to submit a clean sample once you've ingested THC and you're within the detection threshold of the test.  In most cases, depending on your metabolism and the amount of marijuana you smoke, the detection threshold is going to be anywhere from 3-30 days.
