How do you become a CSIS Intelligence Officer? Has anyone gone through the process or know anyone who has??

I am an undergraduate arts student in my senior year with good grades, good leadership experience, some fieldwork experience, travelling experience, scholarships, etc, etc. What is my next step? What will give me an edge above the competition? Is writing an honours thesis neccessary?
