How do you become a Canadian Football Coach for Highschool or University?

for high school they are normally gym teachers at the school

for university you will have to start small and move your way up

Most coaches move up the ranks fron high school, university, then assistant coaches then coaches, but it doesn't always happened that way.

Most CFL coaches are from the US at some point.  A majority of the 'coaches'  are former CFL players. Americans who played in Canada. Matt Dunugan, Pinball Clemons, Joe Paopao are all US born players/coaches (this just to name a few).

Greg Marshall of the Hamiton Tiger Cats is the only coach at the moment with Canadian University credentials behind him, coaching  at McMaster University in Hamilton.
