How do you become a Gaming Surveillance Officer at a casino?

From what Iv learned in my experience in casinos,  that position requires past experience dealing almost every game so that you are familer with how every game is cheated in every way possible.

Theres a lot of ways to cheat at games and i dont think even i know all of them, except for when it comes to blackjack.
