  1. Do lots of squats to get your legs stronger! You want to stay low and keep your knees bent! Work on quickness and shuffling your feet properly. Don't get your feet crossed over! And try to pick up on the other point guards moves as early as possible! Cuz they might favor going one way over the other. Make them feel as uncomforable as possible.

  2. One of the best things you need to do as a PG is work on leadership and decision making. PG's are the closest thing to an on field coach you can have. You need to have the speed and quickness to handle the court and setup a play before anyone else realizes what happened.

Work on your passing a lot as well.

  3. jump rope for footwork and endurance

and jumping is big ( so you can block shots)

    work your legs

also, speed helps so do some sprints

  4. stand by the score board look mean and tell anyone if they mess with you you will change the score in your favor!

  5. Get quick feet. Be a good defender by sticking on your man and read the offense. Do more shuffling and suicides.
