I've always wanted to be a mermaid. How can you become one? If you are mean then I will report you!

My 5 year old says you have to be put under a spell to become a mermaid, or born a mermaid. Thats the only way, and she is really smart. She has seen the Little Mermaid 20 times, so she is kinda an expert.

They sell mermaid / whale flippers.  Work on your free diving skills and buy a set of mermaid flippers. It's the most reasonable solution.

OK, here is the answer, although I doubt you will believe.

You obviously haven't read all the previous questions from people who that trusted that ridiculous rhyme on 43things.com (which is, BTW, the "real" spell) or others to turn them into a mermaid and are STILL waiting. Witches have NO power to transform a human into anything else. These spells do not work and the people that are telling you they work are lying. There is, unfortunately, NO magic that can physically transform a human into anything other than human. Mentally and emotionally you can be whatever you wish to become. But not physically. A "belief" and a "fact" are two different things. Your imagination can take you anywhere you want to go, but ALL the spells are pure fantasy. H2O is only a show. I am not being rude, what I am telling you is true AND polite, whether you believe it or not.
