I read an interview made to an Italian paddock girl, who isn't anymore a paddock girl. She said that's important to know languages (she spoke 5 languages) and you must be good-looking. She also said that Italian paddock girls aren't many, because here in Italy they aren't so famous as in UK (these are her words). Paddock girls works Saturday from 6.00 am to late evening and Sunday from 6.00 am to 14.00. Then, they are free to watch the GP.
