just by signing up, but when you begin to sell your stuff, you need credit card to pay for their services, even you are not using those service (of course they will not deduce anyhing, but they need your number just in case)...

I recommended selling it at a blog site and advertise around, it's free that way...

you just join up then you can buy and sell to your hearts content although i would advise you also join paypal if you wish to sell as its a lot easier for your buyers to pay....good luck!
