How do you become a volunteer for the masters?

i have been a marshall at the pga and u.s. open but would love to work the masters

You contact the Augusta National Club and they will add your name to the waiting list.

That's right. there is a waiting list to work The Masters as a volunteer

You can't.  The only people that work the tournament are members of the club.

Not true.  It takes hundreds of people to run a golf tourney of that size.  However, in order to be a volunteer at the Masters, you would probably have to know somebody pretty high up.  All the volunteers get to play the course on the last day of the season, so there are literally hundreds of thousands of people willing to do it.  So, you either have to know somebody or save the life of a member.
