How do you become a wedding planner?

  1. Hey, that is a great question.   If you get an answer, would you share?  I was also thinking of a party planner.  Good luck with your answers!


  2. There are a number of schools that offer this program now.  I would say (speaking from experience) make sure you really investigate the company before you send them any money.  

    In most states however, you do not need to be "certified" to be a Wedding Planner.

    Get out there and get experience and build your portfolio.  Search your area and see what other people are charging for these types of services.  It really is different all over!
