The best way is to be a Navy or Air Force pilot, after which you can easily get a good job flying for an airline.

You go to a church and get on your knees and pray real hard for several hours a day, every day for several months and all of a sudden an angel appears and whacks you on the head with a magic wand, and Bingo!  You're an airline pilot!

If that doesn't work out for you, you could try studying and learning how to do it the hard way, just like thousands of others have done for almost 100 years.
