How do you become an amazing world class 400m athlete?

What does Jeremy Wariner have, and what did Michael Johnson used to have that makes them so good at the 400m, and how can i get it? Im 15 and i just started the 400m. My first and only race so far was a success, i won and got 56 seconds, but how do i break 50 seconds?

  1. wow good time. basically they train day in and day out. since the 400 is a fullout sprinting race adn its long there are a few ways to start training. some days you must run for distance and by distance i mean at least 3 miles. then other days sprint workouts. the best one for me is 6 100s 5 200s 3 300s and 1 400 that will jsut help u get ready for the finsih. and along with those the best is 600 workouts cause it over the distance and it will help u 400s seem easier. start out spriting/jogged every other 100. then every other 200. every other 300. and the last one you do of this is always a full out run.

  2. Well it is hard to become an olympic level athlete without amazing genes.  But that is definitely a solid time to begin from and you can improve.  

    Like others have said training and diet are very important.  Sprinters should weight lift and do drills.  If you look on youtube you can find videos demonstrating the types of drills you should do.  

    The most important thing is to run and do running workouts though.  Listen to your coach and always do what is necessary to improve.

  4. They train. See, you can't just become a world class athlete overnight. These guys dedicate their lives to training and getting in their peak physical condition so they can run well. And because you are just starting out, don't expect yourself to be the top athlete. You have to train and work hard for it, which may take some time. I suggest runnign some miles, because it will build up your endurance. But start slow; run a mile at first, then when you can easily accomplish that, move up to 2, etc etc. Miles are the key to success. Also, try some weights, which will help your leg and arm strength. You rely on your arms whne your legs are dead, and if you have no strength in your arms, you are gonna crash and burn. So arm and leg workouts, as well as ab workouts. A strong core is the key to fast running. Regular old crunches do work wonders, my friend. Also, hop on your bike. Biking can greatly help with increasing your leg turnover, making your faster. Try some lap swimming as well, to make yourself stronger, make your lungs stronger, and overall improve your physical fitness. Practice, practice, practice, and work hard for it. Hard work does pay off in the long run, so I suggest training and working with your coach.

    morning a liter of epo

    lunch half a kilo of steroids

    tea Anabolic steroids of course in a small quantity about 150 grams

    dinner modafinil about 550 grams amphetamine (50 grams) human growth hormone 100 grams

    before sleeping take some blood change....

    u'll be a champ
