How do you become an estate agent?

do you need to do any exams or training? or do you just roll up in a dodgy suit and start selling houses!??

Basically there are qualifications but they are not compulsory and the companies that run them are doing it for profit.

You basically need to be presentable have a enough intelligence to make measurements and have sales skills.

If you ask me sales isn't just confidence and ability to convinve people. You need to listen to your clients and help them realise that the closest thing you have is their best option. There is a slight difference.

Yes, you do have to do exams.  If you want people to hate and distrust you, there are easier ways to achieve this.
