HOW DO U BECOME AN ACTRESS?????

it has been my life long dream since i have been born. not only do i love it,,,i am actually very great. i have been main parts in every play i have ever done. i am complimented some saying i am better than Miley Cyrus, Dakota Fanning, Raven Symone etc.... i love acting and i want to be in movies, and commercials! how?

what can i do to make this dream come true as soon as possible? i will try to do my best for everything!

first thing........lose the ego    no one wants to listen to you say how great you are   if you are better than those three people than you would be a well known actress and not asking this

i do agree with the guy on top the ego is a little too strong although i admire your confidence when you walk into a casting room you need to be confident and not cocky so watch out.

i think you should send monologues videos (make them self written) out to diff rent companys and since you named two well know disney stars im thinking you want to get into the jonas brothers, miley cyrus kindof stuff. and to do that not only do you need talent you also need an amzing resume and or a great agent.

good luck with your acting and i hope to see you on the big screen. (along side me of course).

and get yourself out there in community theatre, school productions and as many local productions as you can find

I just answered a similar question, so I'm going to tell you what I told the girl who asked.

It may not be the absolute best of advice, but it's all I have:

I, too, am an aspiring actress.

I always audition for every school play, and if I don't get in, I work on set so I still learn about things.

My dad alo works ffor a company the makes comercials, and I've been in a total of 13 now. They're only locally played, though, so no one but people in my state sees them.

For me, I've been fortunate enough to get a chance at ProScout, which is the best way to get discovered.

I'd suggest looking at ProScout.com for details to see if their coming to a city near you.

If that doesn't work out, keep trying and try out for as many acting parts as you can find.

How to Become an Actress in Three Easy Lessons:

1) Have talent.

2) Have a lot of money

3) Use said money to take gobs of courses at Snooty Acting Schools with Big Famous Names and pay Agents to find you menial acting jobs in the hopes of someday getting "discovered".
