  1. start training, and if you become good enough. You'll work your way to the top!

  2. Start taking martial arts classes. Most of these guys have martial arts, ju jitsu and wrestling backgrounds.

  3. to become an ultimate fighter you would have to train in jujitsu two hours a day, muay thai two hours a day 6 days a week and also incorporate weight lifting 3 times a week. This would mean that you would have to train pretty much all day everyday except for one day of the week where you could rest. Also you would have to take protein shakes to build muscle and be on a strict diet. The conceot of train hard fight easy does really apply in this situation. Therefore you would have to train till you feel sick and tired and exhausted mentally and physiclly till and still carry on to make your self reahc a new peak. It is hard work and not everyone is cut out for this type of training i have known some boxers who cant hack the mma training when they come to train in my gym

  4. there has been an error,

  5. First: If I give you advise, I must see you face to face. if not

Second: All I can say for now...find a dojo and learn an art that teaches the basics in punches, kicks, blocks...the whole nine yards. Try any or all...karate, jujitsu, aikido. Study these.

you are 14, try 2 yrs. in each  then chose one that suits you well, but you need the three "D s" desire, devotion and discipline. May you reach your goal...peace

  6. Well schools are helpful, but much of what a new amateur fighter in their teens can learn is online in tutorials, lessons, and demonstrations. MMA schools aren't always easy to find and many schools (karate, aikido, ect) frown on youth mma competition so they are not concerned about preparing you for a bout. They will, however, gladly take your money. Another thing many martial artists often forget to mention is that a pro mma fighter is a porfessional athlete, which means they have conditioned their fitness level far above any normal human. MMA fighters are among the strongest and yet agile athletes on earth and perform with great focus under enormous mental and obviously physical pressure. The difference between Karateers Chuck Liddell and Sensei Bob from down the street is that Chuck doesn't go through the motions he goes through war. I'm saying get knowledge, get strong, but flexible. But most importantly get your mind ready for war.

  7. I'm not 100% sure how to become an "ultimate fighter", but at your age you are at a great time to start training for MMA; Mixed Martial Arts. To be a mixed martial artist, you will want to go find an MMA school, or go start a specific discipline 1st, like Karate, Jui-Jitsu, Muy Thai, and start wrestling in school.

You could be the future of MMA, but you will never know if you don't try.
