First, I'd learn to spell M-E-N-T-A-L-L-Y.

As far as watching Faces of Death, that won't help... that's just gross.  I'd think of some mantras you can say to outloud (when you're alone) that will help boost your confidence in your job and in yourself.  For instance, "I am strong."  Something like that...
