  1. Try doing some yoga. It can help you become much more flexible.

  2. strech more look up yoga poses such as the sun salutation and others with should make you more flexible but  sont push to hard and  hurt somthing good luck!!

  3. stretch for about half an hour before dacning or just streatch in your free time because that improves flexibility .i was never able to make a split until my dance teacher started making me stretch.

  4. the best way it just to strech a lot..

hey no more cramps and you get things higher

i used to take dance lessons last year and they made us strech everyday! :] good luck!

  5. Stretch every day, or as much as possible. Practice your splits. Go down as far as you can until it hurts, and then wait for it to stop hurting. Eventually it will, and when it does, you should go down a little farther. If you do this every day, you will become more flexible in no time. Then you'll only need to practice leaping and extensions.

You may also want to improve your leg strength; if by extensions you mean developees (not sure if i spelled that right :D), for example, you'll need to be able to hold your leg up; even if you are already flexible, you need strength too. Barre exercises and ballet in general help to build leg muscles, but you can also do things like starting in a crouched position and jumping up, then repeating, or just practicing holding your leg up (no hands of course) to build muscle.

    Hope this helps!

  6. stretch... a tiny bit more than you feel is right. This creates little tears in your muscle which then heal adn make the muscle longer and more flexible.
