I believe of the possibility that by faith science could achieve perfection of spiritual life regardless of technology .Because psychology is a science .physic trying to reach the impossible making it possible like the law of relativity ,of quantum mechanics and etc.but the church i do not see any proof of faith of which they are talking about and as i perceive they are nothing but air inflating everything with there ilussion .I do believe of the realist and the Idealist there is only one illusion and that is the place where we exist and the only fact is something unreal and quantum mechanics proove it true .Iam not an atheist because i beleive of a supreme being more than this religious institution want to convey,It seems that this people put their god so small fittet only with their weakedness . How do you agree with me?

  1. I have faith that one day I will fall over on my nose dead. That's about it.

  2. i only believe in faith and all about god alone.

  3. I agree that more than a Thesaurus is required to write cogent statements.

  4. How could science possibly achieve perfection of spiritual life?  Psychology is a science that is based overwhelmingly on prevailing opinion.  Psychology draws from philosophers, who are themselves only men and women, and who have contemplated life's meaning based upon their own personal perceptions and prejudices.

Scientists are unfortunately human, and unable to divorce themselves from the preconceived notions they have about the universe and the origins of life.  Within the scientific community there is extreme prejudice, and pressure to fall in line with certain beliefs.

Science has it's place in observing the world we live in, and developing technology, medicine, and other means to advance society on a material level.  Science is absolutely worthless as far as spiritual development is concerned.  When you are dealing with thoughts, emotions, and things that cannot be observed, tested, or proved, the only means available to advance that particular field is speculation and generalization.  Therefore, it is not "scientific" at all, though it may be labeled as such to legitimize it.

  5. Faith is what people use to misconstrue reality when it doesn't conform to their wishes.

  6. I have faith in God

  7. The best thing about faith is that it can be proven. But you cannot test God. Having faith in something to test Him is really gonna get you nowhere. When you have faith in God and faith in things to happen, if it's what's meant to be it's going to happen. It's not something that computers or archeologists or psychologists can really put their finger on, because it's God you're dealing with.

I believe in and love God with everything I am. Everything I've ever had faith in, that I knew was meant to be and that He wanted for me, happened. It's not something you can see or touch or read. It's in your heart:)

  8. yes i do

  9. Faith is not just evil -- it is the ultimate evil: it is the deliberate refusal to use the one capability that distinguishes our species from all others: the ability to apply logic to evidence and reach sound conclusions.  It is provable that science is the only method by which we can actually learn anything.

  10. I think faith is unreliable & unreasonable
