How do you bend an element?

I'ne seen some questions on here and some people claiming they can bend the elements, and i wanna know if its true. if you already know, dont spoil it 4m, i wanna figure it ot for myself. If you know how, answer my question and tell me how. or e-mail me @ [e-mail].

Perhaps I'm not thinking about this question correctly or maybe you're over thinking this. You do realize that most elements are metals right? And that you can easily bend metals even with your bare hands...
