How do you best allert the media of how useless it is to obtain any kind of support from verizon fios?

If you are already recieving services from verizon fios, this may not come as a surprise but verizon fios services are best to be described as useless and useless... unfortunately they are not as fast to help you and not as precised and punctual to fix mistakes, or correct their own error as they are in giving you a pitch to subscibe to their services that is only good as long as they themselves dont make mistakes on your services.. i suggest you look into other services before you actually commit to verizon fios. They are not good in services and they are not as humble to be in your shoes since i guess its not their personal problem, i know it is only cable it only becomes this bad when the actual problem occurs and they are not helpful but instead pass you from person to person and have you on hold for transfers of call department for honestly without being dishonest, one hour to two hours and i know they record conversations so this is documented. Verizon fios in general rates:0.
