How do you bet blinds in Texas Hold `Em?

The person to the left of the dealer (small blind) puts in half the minimum bet before getting his cards and the person left of the small blind (big blind) has to put in the minimum bet before he sees his cards.

Everyone else gets to see their cards for free and, starting with the person to the left of the big blind, they can fold, call or raise.

When it comes to the small blind they can fold (but they lose their small blind that they have already put in) or they can call or raise. (Their blind is included as part of their bet)

The same thing then happens with the big blind.
