How do you bleach your skin?

I want to be lighter and I was watching the Tyra Show and she mentioned skin bleaching.. how do you do it and how much is it?

I actually think that skin bleaching is very dangerous and I think that you should be happy with your skin right now, but if you're determined and 100% sure that you want lighter skin, you should get a skin whitening kit.

I read it in Vogue and you just have to get a bottle of skin whiteners such as DiorSnow, Chanel, and Lancome and follow the directions on the bottle.

Seriously why would you want to be lighter? I am a pasty face white chick, the type that burns in 10 minutes w/ 50spf,  and always have envied most darker women. One of my best friends ever had the most beautiful, darkest skin. Be yourself
