How do you block calls on a verizon company using the chocolate phone?

my mom keeps getting calls from a number outside the U.S how can she block this number from calling her?

Call Your Cell phone provider and go to like cusomer service and talk to them and they can have numbers blocked.my dad did that cause his ex girl friend wouldnt stop calling

and talk to customer service

they are the only ones that can block a certain number

unless you block all international incoming calls
