How do you block "unknown" callers?

I'm looking to block callers who are "unknown" on my caller i.d.

unlles you use privacy mangerthrough your phone company there is no way, with provacy manger any number coming in with a number and or name will be blocked, asidefromthat phone companies can not block randomn numbers ect collect calls, 900,967 ect
