How do you block the last number that called you on your home phone (not a cell phone)?

If by block, you mean stop them from calling you... simply wait until they call again and contact your service provider and file a complaint.Whereas although you don't have CID your phone company still logs all incoming and outgoing calls. Your phone company will actually do the work for you and not allow them to call your number again.

Just call something else like the local time/temp number.
