  1. just go into internet explorer settings and type the sites in under restricted sites in security tab.

  2. got no idea make sure its not the FBI orelse  goodluck trying

  3. log on to the internet and go to tools then internet options go to security then go to restricted sites an type in the site that you want blocked then also go to privacy an click on sites an type in the site you want blocked. If you are trying to blocked myspace then also in privacy go to advanced an block first and third party cookies.

  4. install a website filtering program on your local computer that only you can access it [make changes] with a pw.  ie: cyberpatrol, netnanny.

if you wish to do it on a corporate level, then microsoft's ISA [is like a proxy] and then on that proxy server [server with the ISA installed] you can have Cyberpatrol or something.  and of course create a group policy to have the proxy of your server [ex: http://192.168.1.254] on your clients and set to no override [so that they can't remove it]

  5. you can use NetDog : http://www.netdogsoft.com , it's easy, just add the website to "Always blocked website list" in NetDogAdmin.exe, none will be able to open it. NetDog blocks websites quitely.
