How do you blow dry hair with out too much damage?

Use the cold setting.

If you have frizzy ends, like me, blow dry as much as you need to and let the rest air dry.

For example, I only need to style my bangs and my part, mostly the top half of my hair, the rest i leave it damp, and let air dry.

u can buy this hair protection heat damage spray stuff that you mist ur hair with and then u can blow dry it or whatever. its at any drug store

Use the coolest temperature setting. It also makes hair shinier.
