How do you blow up rocket balloons?

it might sound like a really stupid question but i bought some rocket balloons yesterday but they r really hard to blow up.i can only blow them up if it has already been blown up before. how do i blow them up? plz help . jess x

take a straw and try to blow it .after it is blown then leave it . it will fly with a TISSSSSSSSSSSSS like voice

yea - they can be hard to start blowing.

You can always use a balloon pump - that should be easier
