How do you bodysurf, bodyboard and skim board?

For both bodyboarding and bodysurfing, I recommend that you get a pair of swim fins; I use Chruchill Fins and I highly recommend them.  In bodysurfing swim as the crest of the wave approaches you.  YOu will feel the momentum of the wave take you.  Then put your arms to the side , stick your head out of the water and ride the wave.

Bodyboarding  the take-off is pretty much the same as you want to kick when the wave approaches.  I do both and enjoy them equally.  can't help ya with skimboarding b/c I prefer to be in the ocean.
