How do you boost your metabolism?

I have been eating way more healthy and have lost quite a bit of weight. but are there any tricks that can help boost your metabolism even more then it already is?

  1. lift heavy weights. it'll boost your metabolism


  2. Exercise.

    Eating 6 smaller meals a day instead of 3 large portions.

    Drink some green tea, it apparently helps speed metabolism.

  3. Exercising will increase your basal metabolic rate. So even when you aren't exercising you will be burning more cals.  

  4. By gaining muscle. Muscle is what burns calories.

    You can also increase metabolism by never going more than 2.5 hrs hours without eating.

    Water also helps.

  7. The two main aspects that can boost your metabolism are - food and exercise. If you eat small and frequent meals throughout the day (5 - 8), you will boost your metabolism and burn more calories. Secondly, you weight training , HIIT and circuit training can boost your metabolism to amazing heights. cardio (walk, jog etc.) can boost your metabolism but not for long.
