How do you break the stuck? ?

I have a hard time trying to lose weight.....

I tried several different diets,

and I own an elliptical, that is good for tone...

but i wanna lose some weight ...

any suggestion would be appreciated..

  1. Well, it's hard to stick to a diet but that's really the only way you're going to see results.  I suggest fish and vegetables and drink only water.  Try it for 3 days and you'll start seeing a difference.  Good luck.
