  1. When I run the 100, I take inhale quickly through my nose and exhale quickly out of my mouth. I also stay low for the first 15-20 meters because it helps you go faster.

  2. Its very important to breathe in a way thats comfortable for your body. I personally find it more comfortable to take a sharp inhale through the nose and let it out of my mouth at an accelerated speed.

There is no right way to breathe though. Just go out, run through it a couple times, and find what best suits you.

  3. mr. amann is right. there is no CORRECT way to breathe. but there are more efficient ways to breathe. usually when youre running youre supposed to breathe in through your nose and out your mouth. but some people just breathe in and out with just one, either the mouth or the nose. different sports have different ways of breathing that are supposed to be more efficient for situations in that sport.
