I want an elekid with crosschop. Is there a way I can just make it like me so I can use heartscales to teach it the ability CROSSCHOP?

Or do I have to breed an elekid with a machop that knows crosschop together until I get it+the right nature.

Right now I have an electivire level 30. I put it in day-care with a ditto and after around 30-40 eggs I got 2 adament nature Elekids.

Please help D:

  1. To get crooschop the male must have that move. So a male machoke, machamp. So you need a female electibuzz and elekid won't breed. Also to make sure you get the nature you want you need to attach an everstone to either the ditto which has the nature you want in the offspring or attached to the admant female. So you need to get an admant female. Breed your electibuzz with an admant ditto with the everstone attached to the ditto. Then breed that female with a machamp that knows cross chop and the move first or second to the top.

Electivire does not learn that move leveling up so no you can't use heart scale to re-learn it as it never knew it in the first place.

  2. Yes you would have to breed it with him lol

i have tried doing this and its like the game knows what nature you want and gives you everything but it (thats how it is for me lol)

but yes that is what you would have to do

the egg always comes out as the mother

the father passes down its moveset if applicable

or if you want it to be easier

you could teach it brick break

only 75 power but 100% accuracy

as opposed to cross chop 100 power 80% accuracy

if you have wifi and need a brick break i can give you one, or any TM you want
