How do you brush your teeth with spacers?

Question

i just got spacers &i'm wondering how do you brush your teeth with them without pulling them out?

probably a stupid question, but hey, gotta know.

just be really gentle. the spacers are in there pretty tightly. they usually don't just pop out from brushing. you can try a mouth rinse too to get rid of extra plauqe around your molars

brush them very very carfully, and back at the mollers, lightly brush them :D

just brush regularly. they shouldn't fall out. i currently have them in too... they've been in for a couple weeks now...
