Dig a hole approriate to the amount of flow through it daily. Dig a sub structure to hold a liner and clay material to avoid ground water contamination. Install an inflow pipe and outflow pipe. Check local Enviroment Protection Agency about and additional treatments needed. Possibly a Chlorine contact chamber.

continue to elect the same ole people into political offices (no matter the party) and you get a cesspool...I have a bumper sticker that says, "Politicians and diapers both need to be changed and for the same reason" If not, there is your cesspool
