How do you build a four wheeled bike for two peeple?

demanding things isn't gonna get you anywhere, except for me telling you that a bike has two wheels, NOT 4 ;). that would be like a quadcycle

Here is a comprehensive guide to building a recumbent trike. It isn't exactly what you are after, but will get you pretty close. It is not that hard to modify this to allow for an extra seat or to add an extra wheel.

1.  Go to school, get a mechanical engineering degree.

2.  Apprentice in a machine shop.

3.  Design your bike

4.  Sneak into the shop nights to machine the special parts required and weld up your frame.
