  1. Detailed plans.. blah blah blah. Orville and Wilbur did it and didn't even use duct tape!  Study, know your project and go for it.


  2. 1) Procure the detailed building plans.

    2) Purchase the required parts and machinery.

    3) Organise your assembly area.

    4) Build as per plans.

    5) Get your plane certified and fly it.

  4. it is really difficult but f u hav skilful tactics it is possible.u neeb to bulid the hybrolic system properly so that it has no problem during flying.if u want to construct a cargo flight the engen must have powerfull pulling energyu can get the plane at any toy store.u need to modify carfully

  5. Homebuilt airplanes are usually either all metal (made of sheet aluminum and other materials) or some combination of wood and/or metal framework and fabric covering.  All involve machine work and heavy lifting.  It's all done under the supervision of the FAA technical office.

    The best source of information on building your own is the Experimental Aircraft Association http://www.eaa.org.

    If you are asking instead how the aircraft industry builds larger aircraft, the answer to that occupies many shelves of books and several college courses.  Try an internet search on "aircraft construction."
