  1. Bunny hopping is a combination of timing and getting the right muscles to move.

You want to have an aggresive standing position on the bike, like you're about to go over an obstacle, essentially you want to have your weight centered over the two wheels.

Now is the technical part: you have to pull up on the bars at the same time as scooping and pulling up on the pedals.  I normally preload the suspension and tyres by compressing my body first and then sort of springing up all at once.

Get your feet facing almost straight down, and get a really secure lock on the pedals (if you're using flats that is, if you're using clipless you just have to pull up).  Use your upper body to push your feet into the pedals as you pull up on the bike.

It is a hard concept to explain and it's something you just have to go out and play with for awhile.

  2. hang onto your handle bars and just jump.  it should work.

  3. How can you...POSSIBLY...answer that on the internet :D

Ask a friend or go to a bike club or something...

  4. well if you know how to bunny hop a 20 inch bmx bike it basically the same procedure you pull the front wheel up and then level it out while in the air
