You use a special burning program. If you dont have anything installed you can get a demo of "nero burning rom" at download.com.

Then you install the program and follow the tutorial. It will guide you all the way. Choosing media-type (cd, dvd, movie, data, etc) - adding files - burn.

It DO require that you dvd drive IS capable of burning.
