How do you burn cds?

i have a TDK MUSIC CD-R CD(blank music CD) and i want to know how to put songs on it. so how dod i do it? step by step plz =]

There should be a way to do it in a music program such as iTunes or Windows Media Player.

On each of those, create a list then select burn within the list.
