I want to lose the little fat I have. How can I get fit,get the coveted 6-pack, plus build muscle?

You can go running in the morning to get your metabolism started, Drink 8 Glasses of water per day it burns about 125 cals, You should also look into getting a gym membership if you don't already have one, do less cardio and more stregnth building excersizes, and eat more vegetables better yet be a vegetarian. You could also try hydroxy cut, and stress releivers if all else fails.
