How do you buy a cell phone in the Sims 2 Open For Business ?

I used to have one but I don't remember how to get it. I don't want to use cheats either.

You call transportation on your sim's phone and then go to a community lot. There, you will see a kiosk that is grey. click on it and you can buy a cell phone, mp3 player... etc

You buy it from a cell phone kiosk on a community lot. Go visit a shopping center, and look for a blue kiosk, iirc

you need university for a mobile. look for a blue machine, but they will only be in university shops.
