As this is in the reptile section, I'm assuming you mean a type of reptile. In that case are you referring to a Leopard Tortoise, Leopard Gecko or Leopard Lizard? Or perhaps another type of reptile named after the Leopard?

You can buy these from some pet stores, reptile shops or breeders.

If you are referring to the Big Cat, They are classed as dangerous animals and require a large number of documents, assessments and licensing. I'm not sure how you would be able to obtain one, but without proper understanding, time and money, this would not be a very good animal to own.

Well depends what "Leopard" you are writting about, an animal?? if so, you need a special license and a caged location where the animal will be allowed to roam, the minimun space has to be 25 feet wide by 50 long. and 15 feet tall if not enclosed or 12 if it is, also you are subject to several inspections,(they just show up) there are several goverment sponsored sites that you can put yourself in the adoption list, when a leopard/cougar/panther become available they will contact you, it took us about 2years to get our first one. if you need more info please email me.

Hope it helps.   Ohh and it get expensive with food, vet bills, license/permits etc and you have to be Extremely careful, because even though they look just like a big kitten... well it can rip your arm off (they usually go for the neck)
