I have Sprint and I've been using phonezoo. It is free if you have a data package, if not your carrier may charge you a data charge of about  3 cents a kilobyte. It will still be pretty cheap.

Using your PC: You look for the ringtone you want on phonezoo, create your account, click the option to send it to your phone. They send you a text message with a link to the file online and you just click it and it downloads to your phone.
