How do you calculate what a share price value in a stock should be using knowns of 200 million dollars in revenues and outstanding shares of approximately 32 million shares?

  1. You would need a lot more information than the revenues and the number of shares to calculate the share price.

It sounds like you are trying to determine whether a stock is a good value or not; that is, whether it is "overweight" (overpriced), "underweight" (underpriced), or neutral...the PE (price/earnings) ratio is a good indicator of this. However, there is lots more research than just the cost per share that goes into making informed and wise stock choices. You should be looking at earnings per share, market capitalization, historical share prices, etc. I would recommend you read up on investing and learn the basics. Uninformed choices can be very costly.
