How do you calculate keystrokes per minute for 10 key?

Simply find a set of problems to solve and start using the adding machine.  After a minute, stop and count the number of strokes (digits, operators, equal signs).  That will give you an idea of your "strokes per minute".

For better accuracy, take several timings and average them.  Or do a test for 10 minutes and divide by 10 at the end.
