  1. 36cm^2/14.8cm^3=2.43/cm

    ANSWER

  2. you get a ratio with a dimension of 1/cm

    SA/V=36 cm^2/14.8cm^3=2.43/cm

  3. You cannot do ratios when the units are different! - you can however do a 'rate" (something per something else)

    SA / Vol = 36cm² / 14.8cm³

    = 2.43 cm² / cm³ (2dp)

that is: 2.43cm² of surface area per 1 cm³ volume

I dont think it makes sense to divide the units
