How do you call the companies that help people to move from one place to another?

We want to move from Jersey City, NJ to NYC. We need a company that moves the staff and helps to unload and upload it on the trucks.

How do you call such companies, so at least I know what to look for?

You're not going to rent a U-Haul?  I would google 'moving companies' online and see which ones seem reputable.
